- Candidate having an understanding of legal and regulatory affairs associated with the Power sector including Laws, Rules, regulation,
- the contractual framework of Power/energy sales will be preferred

- Candidate having an Experience of transmission planning at 132 KV level on tools such as PSSE or ETAP
